I can tell really easily that my dog felt comfortable and had a great time with her!!!!! She is awesome!

We recently had Echo and her fiancé watch our two dogs for the second time, and we couldn't be happier with the experience! We have a bit of a 'split' household with one older dog and a high-energy puppy who requires constant attention and entertainment, but they handled both personalities perfectly. It’s always a great sign when your dogs are actually excited to arrive; mine were so happy to see her that they barely noticed when we left! Echo is incredibly responsive, reliable, and clearly has a gift for making pups feel at home. Our dogs were even on their best behavior under her care. I would highly recommend Echo to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive sitter.

Echo was so great! I will definitely book with her again. She sent photo updates while I was gone and my baby seemed so happy. She also facilitated pickup and drop offs. Highly recommend!

Echo responded quickly and was available last minute to watch my pups. My babies looked so happy and comforting her home and came back relaxed. Echo is in my list of favorites!

Echo was really great with my two dogs on our visit to the area! One of them ended up being on antibiotics during his stay and Echo was really great about administering the right dosage and double checking with me if she had questions. She sent some photos and videos each day and both pups were very happy!

When my husband and I returned from our trip we realized the animal's water bowl was so empty there wasn't enough water for our cat or dog to reach it. From the looks of the bowl - it was only refilled at most once while we were away for SIX DAYS. I gave EXPLICIT instructions to Echo to refill their water bowl every single day. They were so thirsty when we got in! Our poor babies! Additionally, Echo did not remove a trash bag that contained glass and move it out of reach of our dog, despite explicit instructions to do so! We are fortunate that our dog did not rip into it and accidentally ingest something harmful. I also left explicit instructions for Echo to close our bedroom door if our cat poop/vomited on top it, so as to not allow the cat to do it again - Echo failed to close the bedroom door and sure enough we found a pile of dried up sick on top. She didn't even alert me while we were away that Jiji had been sick! Another scary realization was that Echo did not lock the deadbolts to either our front or backdoors. She only locked the bottom. The same key can lock both locks. Anyone could have easily have broken into our house. I even explained in person that the key will lock both the deadbolt and the doorknob lock, but frankly "make sure you lock the door" is common sense regardless. Ultimately, our animals are safe and alive (which is why the 1 stars), but I do NOT feel comfortable recommending Echo as a pet sitter due to the above issues.
