I have over 6 years of hands-on experience caring for a 60 lb Labrador Retriever, whom I raised from puppyhood. During that time, I learned how to understand dog behavior, body language, exercise needs, and daily routines at every stage of life. I also have experience caring for cats and understand that every pet has its own unique personality. I take the time to build trust, whether a pet is playful, shy, or needs extra patience. Although I no longer have my Labrador, the experience gave me a strong foundation in responsible pet care. I treat every pet as if they were my own, following each owner’s instructions carefully to ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.

Schedule
I’m a faculty at Rutgers, and most of my teaching is online, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to spend a lot of time at home. This makes it easy for me to provide pets with regular attention, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I plan my schedule to ensure every pet in my care receives consistent supervision and the care they need.

I live in a clean, pet-friendly two-bedroom apartment near downtown New Brunswick. I make sure pets have a safe, comfortable, and calm environment where they can relax and feel at home. I follow each pet’s regular routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any special instructions provided by the owner. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain the pet’s normal routine to help reduce stress. I provide plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and regular updates with photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are safe and well cared for.
