Ebony was sweet, but unfortunately didn't provide the required care. She underfed my cat by 50% for the 5 days I was gone. Correct feeding is a bare minimum for a petsitter, and it resulted in my cat getting into the cabinets (which now he'll know he can do).

Ebony was incredible! She did a fantastic job taking care of Max and Barley and even adjusted our booking dates to accommodate my error.

Ebony was very kind and courteous;) She kept us very informed every pet visit (2 cats) and even went the extra mile with pet friendly ant bait to deal with a mild home invasion from sugar ants! We hadn't used this app before, and because of Ebony, we will most definitely use it again! Thanks a million!!!

Ebony did a great job watching our two dogs. She updated us every day with pictures of our pups, had good communication throughout her stay, and took great care of our home. We would definitely book with Ebony again.

We booked Ebony to take care of our dog over the July 4th weekend and before we booked we had clear instructions about how our dogs get anxious on July 4th and that we wanted someone to be around during the time the fireworks go off. Unfortunately for our dogs, Ebony was not around although she claimed to be. We verified multiple sources regarding this and know that she was neither around that evening or for a large portion of the time we had booked her. This made us very anxious the whole time we were away. We've had several dog sitters through Rover and this was the worst. To top it off, during text messages with us, she was extremely rude and made it sound like we were bad communicators. The one quality we expect of our dog sitters is honesty and was sorely disappointed with this booking.
