Family of 5 loving on your dog!
We have a 13 year old Golden Chow who is part of our family. We have taken care of her since she was 3 months old and treat her like one of our kids. We love hosting other dogs who quickly become an extension of our family. We enjoy taking them on walks, playing with them in our fully fenced in backyard and giving lots of cuddles. Our children know how to approach dogs and respect the dogs' boundaries. We can't wait to meet you and your pup!

KaWai and JR and family took such amazing care of our older pup Ollie for us while we were on vacation for a week! They were very communicative, gave us updates on how he was doing, and sent lots of pictures. He got along well with their dog and went on many sniffing walks :) They gave him such loving care while we were away and we are extremely grateful! Highly recommend!!

Schedule
My wife stays home full time with our children and is able to care for your dog around the clock. We generally take the dogs for a walk twice a day and allow frequent potty breaks in our backyard.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in yard in which your dog can roam around safely. Your dog will be able to either play outside or inside. We have a designated indoor space for your dog to sleep; just provide the bed and/or blankets to keep your pup comfortable. We generally only take one dog at a time. However, we will make exceptions from time to time and will let you know if we will be boarding more than one during your requested time.
Pets
A typical day
Typically we go out for a walk in the morning (while it's still fairly cool) and early evening and let the dog sniff around the neighborhood and the trails within Poway (if the dog is able to). Your dog is free to roam inside the house and out in our backyard. We generally do not crate dogs unless you prefer us to do so. Please provide your own crate in that case.
