I’m currently just doing college online so my schedule is pretty free. I work part time remotely as well so it has no real schedule. I get very restless when there nothing to do and my animals need me only once a day so would love to give my attention to something else.

Safety, trust & environment
My personal home is a 10 acre ranch that’s fenced in. There is 1 acre fenced in around the house to keep separate from the livestock and my dogs. So any animal on my personal property that I board will have more of their own domain and environment. At a clients house if there’s no yard walks are gonna be the next best thing, or any in-house games. Make sure the get some energy out so meal time/bath time/medication will be smoother. All changes with the pet and environment though.

It’s important to me to know the temperament of the dog will the be comfortable with other animals?(If they aren’t I have a full acre separated out./If they are we can go on a walk and visit them!) Also are they comfortable being leashed?, Potty trained?, Special diet requirements?, Medications? Basically all common sense questions and it’ll vary by the type of animal and how many…
A typical day
Dogs are always fun to watch wether they’re young or old. Walks down to the creek that runs through my property, or to see the goats is great exercise. A lot dogs don’t see livestock often so they are normally pretty interested to sniff them out, as well as being content to have the full 10 acres to walk with me on.

Pet care experience
I grew up on a small ranch with animals my entire life goats/sheep/cattle/dogs/cats/fish/hamsters majority of everything. All animals welcome we have plenty of room. I breed goats so there are always babies around and some of my guardian livestock dogs are in there senior years. My animals aren’t allowed inside of my house so it’s a sterile environment for puppies without shots or antisocial animals. If you want them to get accustomed to goats or cats lmk I’ll make it happen.

Dylyn did great with our animals! Our dogs and cat were well taken care of and happy to have Dylyn around. She was very communicative, she jumped in when our older dog needed more care than we initially thought and was overall a great find! Dylyn had great ideas to keep the pups busy and we were able to enjoy our trip knowing they were in good hands. We will use her again!

My dogs took to Dylyn immediately which is unusual for them. Within ten minutes after we left they were sitting in her lap. She is the best, and I highly recommend her!

Dylyn is the best! After meeting with her prior to sitting for my 3 mo old puppy, I was very impressed! When she came for an all day stay, she was early and loved on my dog to get her comfortable. She sent a picture to update me and when I returned at the end of the day, my dog was chill and very happy. I highly recommend Dylyn and will definitely hire her again! Thanks so much Dylyn!
Dylyn was wonderful! Very attentive and loving to our dog. Will definitely use her again!
