In my home, I ensure pets are comfortable and safe by providing a clean, secure environment with plenty of space for them to play and rest. I maintain a consistent routine of feeding, exercise, and grooming tailored to each pet's needs. When caring for pets in clients' homes, I follow their specific instructions closely, maintaining the pet's usual schedule and environment to minimize stress. I ensure regular updates and communication with the pet owners to keep them informed about their pet's well-being.

We booked Dylan for drop in visit for a week while we are out of town. Our two cats seemed pretty comfortable with him. We were pleasantly surprised that shy one came out and was hanging around when he visites. He took a lot of photos of the cats each time he visited and followed the instructions we left for him. Overall we are happy with the service. The house was relatively clean when we got back. We did find out later that the cats threw up on their litter mat and we had to clean it up. It made the area smelly. If there is anything that I think Dylan could do better for his future clients, it would probably be noticing and helping with things such as opening the windows to let air out or cleaning up the pet mess. Although I didn't specifically leave instructions for him to open the window.
Our pups were very well cared for during another great stay with Dylan!
We came home to a clean house and a very happy pup. Thank you Dylan for your care! Would definitely book again.
Dylan did a great job and sent pictures everyday which we enjoyed. I was concerned because Puccini doesn't always drink without prompting and Dylans pictures reassured me that Pucci was getting hydrated. My only tip to Dylan would be more responsive to texts. Eg; acknowledging them, respond occasionally with some written words.

Schedule
My schedule is pretty open depending on what your pet needs. I can accommodate early morning feedings and evening feedings and walks. I understand that some dogs need to be walked multiple times a day and up to 6-7 times a day. Please let me know your dogs schedule and I’ll be happy to work with that.
