I got my first dog when I was six, and growing up he was my best friend. I also had lizards, birds, fish, frogs, hamsters, and cats! Ever since then, I have always been passionate about helping dogs and other animals. I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years of all sizes and ages, and now I want to make this passion my work. My favorite part about taking care of dogs is walking them. I have a Border Collie and know how to handle hyper and active dogs. I have experience taking care of disabled pets as well- I had a small dog that used a wheel chair for years and lived a happy life. All of my friends and family call me first when in need of a pet sitter because they know I'm capable and that I truly care. Whether you need walking, bathing, feeding, or someone to assist with your special needs pet, I have done it all and would love to help!

First, I ask pet owners if there are any requirements or concerns to be aware of when I am entering their home to care for their pet. In addition, I always like to know what treats or activities their pets enjoy. For example, during an appointment, I will often greet pets with their favorite treat, check if they need water, take care of any potty or medical needs, and stimulate them with their favorite activity! Before leaving, I make sure I have performed all required tasks requested by the client.

Hello, I believe Dylan would make a great addition to Rover.com. He is a great pet owner, shows care and interacts with the animals. He has been walking dogs since he was a youngster and I would trust him with my dogs any time as I did way back when. One of my dogs attached herself to him and he responded to her with love and attention. It was adorable to watch. He has visited my area a few times and have seen him with his dog and mine and he pays attention to what they are doing and is respectful and responsive to their needs. I am so happy he will be doing this for other people and their pets.
There are people who love animals and there are people who make animals their whole world. That is Dylan. I have never known someone to be as empathetic and caring toward animals as him. He takes care of my cat, Lorelai, regularly and makes sure she is always happy and safe. I have comfort knowing nothing bad will happen to her under Dylan’s care. I am a university student with a part time job, and I have to be gone for long periods of time. Knowing that Dylan checks on her while I’m gone gives me peace of mind. He gives her fresh water, food, and plays with her! She purrs when he pets her. He has a lot of animal care experience, so if I you want someone who will make sure your fur baby is safe, cared for, and happy, then Dylan is the person to call.
