I am a real estate agent in Seattle and work from home most days. I have a super flexible schedule that allows me a lot of free time look after your dog or cat. I can give your pet the attention they need without being distracted by other obligations. I live in an area of Ballard that is great for walks, near parks and the beach. I also drive and have a car, so I can easily get to your place whenever and as often as needed.

I am happy to tailor my pet care services to your needs and the needs of your pet. You can come to me or I can come to you, whatever works best. I live in a condo, so unfortunately I don't have a yard, but I can offer a clean, spacious and safe home away from home for your dog or cat. I will crate your dog if thats what you want, or let them roam freely around my condo (they can even sleep on my couch or bed if it's allowed). I will follow any training and meal guidelines you have in place and do my best to give your pet a consistent routine with all the comforts they are used to. If you would like me to house sit, I promise to be tidy, respectful and professional in your space. As a Realtor, it’s important for me to always be trustworthy in other peoples homes. It is My goal is to give you peace of mind that your pet is in good hands while you are away.

Let me know about your pet's needs and hobbies. I want to make them comfortable and happy, doing the activities they are used to. If they need special medication or food, just let me know. If they aren't good around other animals, make sure to give me a heads up and we will avoid activities that could stress them out. If they have a favorite toy or treat, make sure to leave it behind and I will make sure they get it.

I will take your dog for a nice long walk, to a park or even the beach. If they have a favorite spot you usually take them to, we can go there as well. I can throw a ball or even take them on a run. Or if your dog is more low energy, we can chill at home or even go for a drive.

I've been around dogs and cats my whole life. Growing up, my family always had multiple pets that I learned to care for and vibe with. Animals have always been like family to me! As an adult, Ive had furry friends in my home (and cat hair in my bed) for the past 11 years... and I wouldn't have it any other way. You can rest assured that while your pets are in my care, they will be loved and fed and walked and played with. They will have my focused attention! I am a full-time Realtor, so most days I work from home and can devote plenty of time to making sure their needs are met. My cousin is a local vet with her own clinic in Greenwood and I've also got professional dog trainers in my extended family that have shown me all the proper 'dos and don'ts' of pet care - and they can be called upon if I ever need any advice! If you want someone who is responsible, loving and attentive (with a flexible schedule) - I'm your guy. I can host your pets at my place in Ballard or I'm happy to travel to your home to house sit or even drop in for a walk or feeding.

Our grumpy senior dog got along great with Dylan.
Dylan was amazing! He sent photos and gave updates throughout the day and was communicative and kind!
This was Dylan's second time watching Carlo. He did everything that was asked for and even got him some treats while I was away for two weeks. He was easy to communicate with and I had no worries while I was away. Came back to a happy (mostly, he's mad at me) cat and even a clean litter box, too. Highly recommend Dylan as a sitter.
Dylan was super accommodating and flexible with picking Fern dog up at an early hour and having her all day. He was responsive and sent plenty of photos and updates. When I picked Fern up, she even got treats as we left! I would certainly recommend Dylan to those in need of excellent care!
