Dylan did a fantastic job taking care of our labrador puppy (11 months), Ollie. Everything went really smoothly. Our pup is quite strong and energetic, but Dylan handled him beautifully and clearly enjoyed spending time with him. Communication was good! Dylan sent us pictures and videos that really put our minds at ease while we were away for the day. Dylan also shared some valuable tips with us afterward that showed he has genuine experience and knowledge about dog care. You can tell he understands dogs and their needs. We wouldn't hesitate to book Dylan again and highly recommend him to other pet parents!

This was my first time using Rover and was in a pinch due for dog care. Fortunately, I was able to book with Dylan. Even though it was a bit last minute, he was able to meet with me and Kylo to discuss our needs. Once he took over caring for my dog, I felt a huge relief! Dylan was GREAT! He sent lots of pictures and details of his drop ins and walks. Kylo looked so happy! After we returned from our trip, Dylan stopped by to check in and return our key. Kylo was excited to see him. Knowing my dog was happy and cared while I was traveling took away a lot of my stress. I would recommend Dylan and will definitely book with him again!
