I have a flexible schedule that allows me to offer AM and PM drop-in’s as well as overnights. I believe consistency is one of the most important things for fur family, so we can agree on a schedule in advance.

Safety, trust & environment
I am very attentive and observant, so I will notice if anything is off with your furry friend. I am communicative and will ensure the safety of your animal by orienting to your environment and routine in our meet and greet.
Information Dylan C. would like to know about your pet
I work with dogs who are trained and friendly. I find that animals who are not trained or do not have a consistent schedule to have a harder time when their humans are away. For your furry friends sake, and mine I will keep your schedule and training cues consist.
A typical day
I believe a happy pet is one who gets brain stimulation through playing with toys, getting pets, cuddles, encouragement, and the occasional treat. Pets who have regular brain stimulation tend to feel more calm when their humans are away, so I prioritize fun!

Even grumpy pets love me!
Pet care experience
I am a conscientious, non-smoking, animal loving professional with over 15 years experience caring for dogs, cats, bunnies, and fish for several families throughout the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy giving animal parents peace of mind that your loved one(s) will be well taken care of while you are away. I like to send photos to pet parents who want to feel a little more connected to their pet during the day. My rule of thumb when house sitting is to leave a place better than when I found it. So, if you are okay with some extra tidying, I'm a great choice! I have experience and am comfortable working with elderly pets who need pills and injections. I also have an endless supply of patience and unconditional love for the grumpy ones ;-) I look forward to talking with you.

Reviews

Wonderful, kind, patient! Dylan took all the time needed with our very old lady (Stella the dog 15.5yo) while also being attentive, loving and playful with the three boys (kitties age 9 and 3). Stella is a delicate flower these days, and Dylan went out of his way to keep her balanced and at ease. Much gratitude to him!

Dylan did an incredible job caring for our three cats, three dogs, and our home for an entire month. He kept everything in tip-top shape and consistently sent updates and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our pets were happy and well cared for the entire time. We highly recommend Dylan and would absolutely trust him again!

Dylan was great watching over the pack. He took the time to care and get to know them. The house was in great condition when we came back.

Dylan was super professional, friendly & patient with Rusty. Rusty has been going through a lot, minor health issue, frequent work trips etc & so it took a little longer to adjust but this didn’t phase Dylan. Dylan sent photos & messages each day and not only took exceptional care of Rusty but also of our apartment which was spotless on our return. Happy to recommend Dylan’s pet sitting services.
