I have fostered dogs back to healthy weights. i feed animals one meal a day unless advised otherwise with constant access to water. i give my animals treats including animal safe human food- not too much though and keep a clear boundary on what they can and can’t eat. I will try everything (within reason) to make a dog or cat happy if they are restless or upset. i trim they’re nails and groom them myself if needed.
