Didi is always so amazing and coordinated with my mother in law since we were in such a drastically different time zone. We always appreciate her flexibility and are consistently blown away with how well she takes care of our dogs and our house while we are away. I truly cant recommend her enough!! She is incredible!!

Dyandra always takes great care of Archer... She even saved me in a pinch as my flight was delayed and back over to let him out again... I will continue to use her!!!!

This was my first time using Rover, but I won't be using it ever again and I'm going back to boarding my dogs. I am going to start with what went wrong and end with what the sitter did well. I scheduled the house sitting to start Friday around 11am-1pm, ending Sunday 6pm-7pm. I let the sitter know that my dogs can be left alone for 6-8 hours tops and gave them all the other care instructions (feeding at 8am and 5pm). First issue is they were 3 hours late the first day. I scheduled the start time to be a few hours after I left (which was 9am). I also texted them that morning letting them know I was leaving and had everything setup for them. They didn't arrive until 4pm which means my dogs were alone for 7 hours, within the window but pushing it. The issue here is they did not inform me they would be late. When I didn't get any updates and my ring front door camera didn't show anyone, I got anxious. Saturday, my ring camera goes off and they left the house at 7am. Perfectly okay, until I notice they have not returned and it is 3pm. My anxiety starts, I give them until 3:50 and I send a text (I have not heard from them at all that day). I ask how the girls are doing as I don't want to start off with an accusation. They say the dogs are great, they stepped away for food and send pictures of the dogs. The issue here, I checked my ring camera and they were not there and had not been there since they left that morning (it records everything all day). The pictures metadata showed a timestamp from the day before, this was deceitful. My anxiety hits full blast so I just straight up ask if they are at the house as my ring camera has not shown them at my house since they left that morning. They arrive a few minutes after at 5pm, leaving my dogs along for 10 hours which is not acceptable. Later that night I get a text that the dogs got into their subway sandwich. It had onions in it which is poisonous to dogs in certain amounts. Two of my dogs are 20lbs or less so the risk is higher. Luckily it was not enough to make them sick and no emergency vet visit was needed. After that, the sitter stayed at the house and kept a close eye on the dogs. They even offered to stay up all night to monitor them, which I was was not necessary. Sunday they did a good job and stayed at the house and sent me updates. They also stayed until 7:45pm, a bit past the end time. I think they tried to make up for the mistakes, however those should not have happened in the first place. I get home late Sunday night to find one of the guest bedrooms smells awful and there are 5-6 pee stains. Accidents happen, but that many pee spots means they were neglected and not let out (probably happened Saturday when they were alone all day). Everyone has given them great reviews, so I am not sure why I had such an awful experience. I will not be using Rover or them ever again. I am giving two stars since they did make an attempt to be better on Sunday. I contacted rover support to report this incident.

We absolutely adore Deedee! Our dog takes a long time to warm up to people and she was extremely patient to earn that trust. Since that point, she is our Go-To dog sitter. My wife and I are very grateful for the comfort knowing both our dog and home are under good care with Deedee.
