I chose Duyen with my first time using the Rover app, and I was not disappointed! First of all - I chose her because she had experience with animals by volunteering at the shelter, and her bio reflected a caring person who really love animals. This is important to me because I do not trust my husky and two cats with just any stranger. I must admit I was hesitant to use Rover because of this, but upon my first time meeting Duyen and talking to her while walking my husky Kaiju with her - I could already tell how in tuned she was with her behavior and Kaiju's positive reactions to Duyen made me feel comfortable with requesting her to care for our animal family. Duyen was very responsive on the app, asked the right questions, and followed each instruction to every detail. Her reports along with pictures and videos during the two days of her on site visit reflected the care she took of our animals and the respect she had for us as owners. I would highly recommend her for any animal onsite visits and walks, but please don't request for her when we need her again :) just kidding - Duyen is awesome and I know Kaiju and our two cats are in good hands for the next time I request for her services.
