Born a dog lover. Since I was a child I have owned dogs of all breed and sizes, from a 6 lbs Chihuahua to a 100 lbs Grate Dane. Recently I have decided to expand my love for dogs by starting my dog trainer journey. I have practiced teaching correct leash behavior for hundreds of hours with my own dogs and I am currently enrolled in dog training classes to make sure I have the correct knowledge behind my skills. I know how important our fur babies are, they mean the world to us! But I also know that a good walk makes a world of difference to them. It allows them to enrich their minds, promotes calm behavior in the home and best of all it make them happy! I would also be honored if you booked drop in visit with me, for all those last minute plans or unpredictable circumstances where you aren’t able to bring your four legged bestie. So, weather I take your baby on a walk or drop in for a visit, you can rest assured they are in good hands.

Dulce is professional and competent, as well as kind and gentle, especially with dogs. She has cared for dogs her entire life, of many different breeds, ages, and temperaments, and is probably the greatest dog lover that I have ever met. She currently cares for her two dogs, and walks/trains them regularly. When she isn’t walking them, they are cuddled up with her on the couch. They love her because she understands well their needs and easily understands when they wish to communicate something to her. She is patient with them, and loves to allow them to explore on their long walks. But she has also had experience with other people’s dogs and knows how to keep all dogs safe and happy. Coming from someone who knows her personally, she would be an absolutely excellent person to hire—I would choose her to care for my dog above anyone else.
Dulce has the biggest heart for dogs that I’ve ever known! She was raised with many family dogs, and has responsibly cared for her own dogs as an adult. She stays well-informed on dog caring practices, and has your best interest at heart as the owner. Dogs truly are her passion, and her ambitions are pursued wholeheartedly. I could not recommend anyone better than Dulce to care for your furry family members!

Schedule
I am currently in between switching careers and I have lots of time in my hands, I am home full time. So if you have any last minute booking, feel free to message me and let’s coordinate your pets care! DISCLAIMER: My profile shows that I have two dogs but I truly only have the pug, who’s very dog friendly. The chipoo is my SIL’s dog and I have booked with other sitters in the past for both dogs in the past and may do again in the future so she needs to remain active on my profile. She does not live with me though! Just FYI.

My own dog gets a one hour walk everyday, because I know how essential it is for their nature. While I want it to be a fun and enjoyable time for them I will always make safety a priority. I check the surroundings as we are walking to make sure my dogs and my self will be safe at all time. Wether it be assessing for on coming cars, looking out for other uncontrolled dogs on the road or even chicken bones laying on the ground I make sure my dogs safety is my number one priority.

A typical day
With my own dog I like to have two different types of walks mainly. The first one is where I teach them to follow me on a lose leash. This type of walk provides mental stimulation as it can be increase their availability to focus for longer periods of time but it also comes in handy when a situation may rise that you need to leave an area in a calmly manner. It’s all about keeping our loved ones safe. ? The second type of walk I like to give my dogs is what I call a “Sniffari”. During these walks I allow my dogs to lead the way with their noses, they are allowed to take as long as they need to smell all the flowers, trees and all the other things that interests them. A “sniffari” is a very stimulating walk that promotes relaxation in a dogs mind and body.
