Drue is the best!! She communicates clearly and is so quick to respond. She’s polite, respectful and most importantly so kind to my fur babies. Hands down the best pet sitter.

Drue was terrific! She arrived when scheduled, spoiled our boys with treats and outside time, and sent pictures with her report card for the boys. We will surely be using her services again in the future!

I booked Drue for house sitting with an agreed arrival time of 6pm. She did not arrive until 8pm and only stayed for approximately 8 minutes and left. She returned around 10:45pm and stayed overnight, but left around 7am when agreed end time was 9am. When we came home at 4pm, one dog had multiple accidents (pee and poop) throughout the house, and our other dog—who was crated—had also urinated and defecated in the crate. We had to clean up a significant mess, replace the crate pad, and give our dog a bath outside in freezing temperatures. This did not meet the level of care, supervision, or schedule we agreed to and caused unnecessary stress for our dogs. Unfortunately, we would not book again.

Great experience! Drue took amazing care of Nitro and kept us updated the whole time. Nitro was happy, well cared for, and comfortable. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend them.

Booked and paid Drue to house sit our dog overnight for 3 days/2 nights. Provided care instructions on regular walk and meal schedule. Unfortunately, when we reviewed our Ring doorbell camera and smart locks, we noticed she did not stay the night and only made 2 very BRIEF drop-in visits a day to let our dog out and feed her, one of which she brought a toddler into our home without prior notice. This was a concern as our dog is not used to being around children. She took our dog on one 1 six-minute “walk” the first day she dropped in, but no other walks any other day. Drue lied to us about staying the night in her messages, saying she was cuddling our dog and about to go to bed when she was not even at our house. Our dog had to go 12-14 hours without being let out to potty each day. I’m very disappointed and upset because I feel like my dog was neglected. Drue was never honest about the minimal care she provided until asked. When we confronted her, she did admit she did not stay the night due to other obligations. However, I would’ve appreciated her being upfront about her schedule so we could have found a reliable Rover sitter.
