Hello, your pet can call me Auntie Drew! I have many years of experience with dog and cat rescue. I’ve also volunteered at the Palo Alto animal shelter, ran a breed specific meet-up/rescue and participated in a pet assisted therapy group at the Stanford children hospital for many years. I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I’m excited to be able to meet new dogs and cats and give them the upmost care, comfort and safety in my home. Auntie Drew will take care of your fur baby as good as you would! Every guest goes home with a new toy. 💕

Kyra had a wonderful time staying with Drewan and Gregg. They took such good care of her, and she was clearly very comfortable staying in their home. They were amazing at communicating, and gave us regular updates about how she was eating, sleeping, and exploring. They were incredibly conscientious, asked a lot of questions, and followed all of her care instructions to the letter. She looked so happy in all the pictures and videos, and was relaxed and happy when she got home. We absolutely would not hesitate to have her stay with them in the future, and she can't wait for her next vacation with them!
We could not be happier with Drewan and Gregg! From the moment we dropped Gucci off, we knew she was in the best possible hands. They truly treated her like a member of their own family, showering her with love, attention, and plenty of affection.We absolutely loved receiving the daily photo, text, and video updates. Drew & Gregg were amazing! They were able to accommodate a last minute arrangement for my dog Oaklyn. Drew was very thorough beforehand since we didn’t have time to do a meet & greet and let me know everything about how the stay would go for Oaklyn. They took great care and took her on lots of walks and kept me updated with photos and videos while I was away. I am so thankful to have met them & hope to request them again in the future for needed doggy-sitters :)
Drew was amazing at helping my Senior Belle get adjusted to a new environment and welcomed her into her home with care and lots of attentiveness. You can tell Drew knows her stuff and loves doing this. She was great at sending updates, videos, and photos throughout the day. She treats my Belle better than I could! Even her hubbie, Greg, helps out to support her. I’d highly recommend her!

Schedule
I take guests out for potty breaks at least 5 times a day (more if I have a thirsty customer or senior dog). I also have an enclosed private dog park to use that is very clean. I’ll always be there 100% for your pet giving them attention and will love them like my own! The goal is to have my guest dog happy, comfortable, exercised, well feed and watered and returned safely to their family members.

Safety, trust & environment
For safety reasons and to give my full attention, I will only have one dog at a time and up to three pets (cats included) from the same family. So if you have three dogs or two dogs and a cat that’s fine. They will be the only ones I take care of. My home is minimal and I have open rooms with no doors so I’m always in the same room with the pet. I do not let my guest dogs come in contact with any other dogs during walks or at the private dog park. Safety is of the upmost importance to me. I won’t be taking my doggie guest for car rides, non-private dog parks or Fort Funston for safety reasons. I know when I boarded my own pets I just wanted them returned to me safely after having a comfortable stay so that is my goal for pet guests.
A typical day
I have beautiful walking paths and a private dog park where I live (see photos of dog park) and depending on the age of the dog and mobility of the guest we will go on long walks. They will get lots of pets, played with and brushed if you like. I’d love if you’d bring your pets favorite toys and special blanket if they have one. If not, I have new toys and clean blankets for them to be cozy at night and during naps. I like to give them the comfort and feeling of home away from home and will play with them and get to know their personality for future visits. My pet guests will be loved and treated as if they were my own. This is the first time in my life I don’t have a dog or cat and I enjoy using Rover to connect with animals! 🤣

- Please give me as much information as possible about your pet. I have a very calm home and want to ensure they are at ease away from their normal environment. I’m also happy to send photos each day and give updates via text whenever you’d like.
