I have a fenced in yard at my house and make sure to watch over my dog when he is outside since he can sometimes be rebellious and try to escape. I treat other dogs with the same watchful care. I make sure dogs are on a safe leash length when walking as to avoid cars.

I've had a Havanese named Cody ever since he was 3 months old and treated him like my baby brother for 14 years and counting. I become friends with neighbors and friends' dogs almost instantly.
