I'm currently a long-term substitute teacher, so my mornings and afternoons are busy, but I'm free in the evenings and on the weekends. During the summer, I have some days/weeks where I'll be out of town, but generally am free throughout the day.

Safety, trust & environment
I always try to go slow when meeting someone's pet for the first time, allowing them to take the time they need to feel comfortable around me. I always make sure to sit down and make myself smaller so I don't scare them, and I give them plenty of time to sniff me and my things since I do have a cat at home they would smell on me.

Pet care experience
While I grew up with many cats, I also had the opportunity to have the most lovable, goofy, and needy yellow lab for a few years. While he lived in my house, I helped feed him, take him outside/on walks, and give him his medicine too. I've gotten used to dealing with particular pets, including tricking them into taking medicine they might not want to, and getting them bundled up to go outside in the winter.
Reviews
Drew has been around animals her entire life. When she was old enough, she took on the responsibilities of feeding, grooming and cleaning the litter of our cat family. She was always eager to do even the messy work. In her pre-teens, Drew developed a special relationship with our black cat, Charlie. Boy those two were a pair!! Their favorite activity was laying the the shade on a blanket on a beautiful summer day, Drew reading a book and Charlie exploring then coming back for pets. After he passed, Drew adopted her first fur baby on her own. A mini-girl-Charlie, Frankie (aka Franklin, Frankenstein, Fanken) became the love of Drew's life. Drew had to make some harsh decisions with her girl as her first year of life on the streets and early pregnancy took her toll and she developed breast cancer. We put in some much effort (and money) to keep that girl kicking. Drew made the hardest decision of her life when Frank's little body dwindled to nothing. That little girl furever holds a special place in our hearts. Drew also cared for her step-brother, a joyful yellow lab named Kona. Kona was a very special boy, in personality, dietary needs and health conditions. When Drew's step mother was out of town, Drew would stay with Kona. The lab energy and goofiness was tied in with stubbornness. Boy that dog did not want to take his medicine! But with Drew's hard work and dedication, she prevailed. Kona was kept safe and sound and Jodi, his mom, never had to worry her best boy whilst she was away. Drew is über-responsible. I would trust her with anything. Yes, she is my daughter. I have another child and would not say the same about him. I love him dearly. Trust Drew fully to care for your fur babies and entering your home and remain worry-free!
Drew is a fantastic pet sitter. She keeps our furry friend happy and healthy. They are always early, keeping us updated, and making sure our cat has a great day. They are reliable and caring. I would work with Drew again in a heartbeat.
