We would highly recommend using Nicole as a dog sitter and we will certainly be using her again. Nicole took care of our two dogs for four nights. She was very diligent and responsive. We spoke with her beforehand where she went through her routine for caring for the dogs. For the whole time we were away we felt very reassured. Nicole frequently kept us updated on the dogs and sent lots of photos of their antics. She let us know that the dogs were eating and sleeping well. She had other dogs in her care at the time and our dogs seemed to love making so many new friends.
We've left Macie with Nicole a bunch of times and are very pleased with her. She was also quite accommodating when we needed to pick macie up later than initially planned, about half a day later!
Dogs were very happy having been very well taken care of by Nicole during a long week end break. I was a little bit apprehensive of the stairs to get up to the flat initially with one of my greyhounds in particular but Nicole was confident he would manage fine and he indeed did - that was not a problem at all. Nicole clearly has a lot of talent experience including with managing groups of dogs and ensuring compatibility (ours stayed with other dogs and got some extra stimulation which was nice). Communication was great and all in all it was a very stress free, positive experience. Thanks
