I currently have a dog and have had another dog previously. I currently work in special education and also support my mother who has progressing dementia. I intend on making sure needs are being met while maintaining and building relationships.

I ensure their needs are met by taking them for walks, feeding them, and ensuring they’re using the bathroom. I also give baths to keep them smelling fresh.

Douglas has taken care of my 8-year-old Mixie. She enjoyed every time he would come over and would take the extra step to make sure she felt comfortable around him. Mixie had specific dietary needs and was allergic to certain kinds of foods, and Douglas was always considerate enough to ask me before bringing in certain treats or snacks for her. Mixie can also be shy around people, but Douglas has a natural warmth that is so inviting and calming that it didn't take long for her to get used to him. I'm glad I had such a reliable and amazing pet sitter for my Mixie!

Schedule
I’m working full time as a teacher and going to school full-time. I currently walk my dog the morning before going to work and when I arrive home. I’m flexible on the weekends and some week days. Since I work for the school I get a lot of holidays and week breaks, so I am able to have more availability.
