Very aware of nervous pets and go out of my way to ensure they're fed & happy. Clean bowls, poop bags for litter trays and of course things like a plant water/bins-putting-out all part of it.

Douglas took wonderful care of our two maine coons, Basile and Cannelle, while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses and regular updates that gave us real peace of mind. He was reliable, respected the agreed visit times, and even brought toys to drop ins to keep the cats hunting :) . It was clear that he genuinely cared about their wellbeing. We came home to two happy, relaxed cats and would not hesitate to book with Douglas again. Highly recommended!

Doug was phenomenal! I was away with spotty internet for a week, and I could trust him completely with taking care of my cats. I also received daily photos and my cats seemed to like Doug a lot!

Cannot recommend Douglas enough. My girls were well taken care of and Douglas was super responsive when contacted at short notice. He sent informative and consistent updates, as well as reaching out to ask questions. This is the first time I have used a cat sitter and admittedly, I was quite anxious! Doug reassured me at every step and I knew they were in safe hands. I returned home to two happy, and well fed cats, and a spotless flat. Fingers crossed the wonderful Doug will be available when I next go on holiday! Thank you, Doug!!
Peppa loved her walk with Douglas! She’s usually a little fussy with walking but Douglas managed to get her walking the full hour and she was very happy and comfortable with him. He also gave me photo updates. Thanks so much!
