Very aware of nervous pets and go out of my way to ensure they're fed & happy. Clean bowls, poop bags for litter trays and of course things like a plant water/bins-putting-out all part of it.

Douglas was so great with Roxie! We were so glad to have someone who played with her and entertained her while we were gone. This is our second time using Douglas, and we highly recommend!
Douglas is fantastic! We were worried about leaving our very shy, timid cat alone but Douglas was able to get him to come out of hiding from day one. The photos and updates were so appreciated as we could see our cat having fun playing and enjoying treats. 10/10 would recommend Douglas!
Douglas took wonderful care of our two maine coons, Basile and Cannelle, while we were away. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses and regular updates that gave us real peace of mind. He was reliable, respected the agreed visit times, and even brought toys to drop ins to keep the cats hunting :) . It was clear that he genuinely cared about their wellbeing. We came home to two happy, relaxed cats and would not hesitate to book with Douglas again. Highly recommended!
