I really couldn't be happier with Douglas and his family. They not just took care of Chili but she became a temporary family member. The constant updates and pictures were amazing and kept me assured she is in good hands. The cherry on top was really when I went to pick her up and even though she was happy to see me she didn't just abandon them, she got so comfortable and loved by everyone there that she just kept going over for cuddles. I couldn't have wished for a better place for Chili. Douglas and his family really went above and beyond, so Thank you so so much. 5 Star review probably not even good enough to tell how happy I am, and seeing Chili, how happy she was there too. Absolutely amazing ❤️🐾

This was the first time we had left Travis with anyone other than family or friends. Douglas got in contact straight away and made sure he knew everything he needed to before Travis spent the day with him and his family. He also ensured we knew what to expect which made us feel better about leaving him with someone new. Douglas was very welcoming in the morning when Travis was dropped off and showed him love from the second he arrived. There were pictures and updates throughout the day which was lovely and again, offered a lot of reassurance that Travis was doing just fine. I know that Travis was welcomed and loved for the day which is exactly what we wanted! Thank you so much for everything.

This was my first time boarding My 9 month old cockapoo puppy Charlie and honestly could not have choose a better person then Douglas. I felt so comfortable after our meet and great his home is lovely surrounded with lovely fields. He asked all important questions i probably wouldn’t have thought of. He also has a very lovely wife and son who also help so i felt like i was leaving him in the care of a loving family instead of just a “service” can highly recommend i wouldn’t use anyone else for my little fur baby he also regularly updated me sent pics etc. He was pampered with a bath. 5 stars all the way

First time we've used a boarding service for our old rescue dog. We have no hesitation in recommending Douglas. Very good service throughout. Will use again.

My fur baby was exceptionally well cared for by Douglas and his family. They consistently provided updates on how my dog was doing and were very accommodating to her specific needs—especially since she requires two eye drops three times a day. Despite her being a bit picky about where she prefers to pee, Douglas handled everything with patience and care. I’m so grateful that my dog’s special needs were attentively managed. Definitely one of the best sitters we’ve ever worked with!

After a meet and greet, our 4 year old springerpoo has settled in with Doug really well. From the photos and videos of walks and chilling on the sofa, he seems right at home and really relaxed with Doug's dogs. We'll definitely be booking him in again - thanks!
