YOUR DOGS HOME AWAY FROM HOME! 🐾
Proudly serving dog owners with loving boarding care for 4+ years! Our family includes myself, my wife, our two sons and two pet dogs! We absolutely love what we do, and make every effort to make ALL of our pet guests feel comfortable and loved when staying in our home. We treat all of our pet guests as we would want our own pets to be treated when in the care of non-family members. We also make every effort to regularly communicate with pet owners while they are away. This includes short text messages and photos. We want you to relax and feel confident that your pet is receiving the very best care we can offer. What you can expect when your pet stays in our home: *A safe place to stay and play! Safety ALWAYS comes first with our family. *A loving environment. We love playing in our fenced backyard. Sometimes, we also take short walks. Of course, we also love to cuddle with your pet on the couch when watching a movie or just spending family time together.. Your dog will absolutely feel like a member of our family when in our care…… that’s always our goal! *We welcome written instructions provided to us by all pet owners. Very important….. We understand every pet is different with differing needs. We ask you let us know the best routine that works for your pet, and we will make every effort to keep routines the same as it’s done at home. What do we try to avoid? Below is a list of situations we do not accept: *Dogs with high levels of anxiety. Dogs who don’t do well when left alone are probably better suited with a boarding provider who can commit to being with your pet nearly all of the time. *Dogs that aren’t potty trained or”mark” throughout the home. Our home consists of mostly carpeted floors. We would like to keep stains and odors to a minimum, but we do understand that accidents sometimes happen. *Most importantly, NO aggressive dogs will be accepted. With safety always in mind, we need to know that all of our pet guests play nicely and respect other pet guests staying with us. This also includes dogs who hump other dogs We do understand the occasional incident will happen. However, those pets who incessantly do this……. Even the most patient of pets guests have their limits. Lol We hope our list isn’t too harsh? I only include these bullet points so that you know your pet is a good fit for our family and our quality of care. We have a terrific following with an excellent track record among many local pet owners. We DO welcome accepting new pet guests at this time! Please feel free to reach out to me, and we can arrange a phone call to discuss your pet, our pets, and our home boarding setup. I also welcome any / all questions you might have? Please ask away! Again, we want a safe and happy experience for your pet and for you when you have to be away.😊👍 Thank you so much. I look forward to meeting you, and your pet!! 🤗❤️🐾

Ratings and reviews
Doug was a great sitter. He sent me updates on Hank and photos. He took very good care of Hank, follow our instructions and treated Hank as if he was their pet.

Doug and his family have kept our dog Lennon several times now. They always take great care of her and she seems to have the time of her life with them! Doug sends plenty of updates and photos throughout her stay with them. I can tell that she always gets plenty of love and attention while at their house.

Doug and his wife Lisa were great taking care of my dog. Sent lots of photos with a happy dog in it

Doug and his family were absolutely amazing! We left our Benny with them for a week and he had an absolute blast playing with them and their dogs. They’re obviously “dog” people and care greatly for our furry friends. Our drop-off and pick-up schedule was also a little extreme and Doug was very accommodating. We’ll definitely trust them in the future for caring for Benny.

doug and his family were great with paxton, will definitely book again!

My dog Lennon always has a great time at Doug’s house! She loves playing with her other doggy friends and comes home so tuckered out. Doug is great at communicating before and during her stay, and sends lots of pictures of Lennon having the time of her life!

Schedule
My wife works from home 3 days per week. I’m a school bus driver, and I’m typically home daily between morning and afternoon drive routes.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
Fenced yard, and gated off areas for up to three pet guests during evening hours when sleeping or away from home (for work, school, errands or maybe an occasional dinner out).
Pets
A typical day
Playtime, couch cuddling, “pup cup” occasion. We love to get coffee and bring back a “puppecino” treat from Starbucks or Dutch Brothes….. this is a favorite for most of our guest dogs! We also sometimes take walks (depending on how the day is going). When a walk can’t happen, play time in the backyard always happens. Pers are always closely monitored when playing in our backyard.
