I currently work part time as a web development tutor and I also study Swedish and programming. My schedule is pretty flexible, since I currently don't have school, and I can easily block off portions of my tutoring calendar to dedicate to walking you dog. This means I'm predictable, punctual, reliable, and flexible!

I will walk your dog outdoors for about 27 minutes (a few minutes is needed to equip the leash, take photos, etc.. 57 minutes for hour-walks). I always bring water and poo bags, and I'm extra careful to avoid other dogs, people, children, or vehicles if a dog is easily excited.

Home

Lives in an apartment
Has an unfenced yard
Non-smoking household
Has no pets
No children present
Dogs not allowed on bed
Dogs not allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 2-4 hours

Information Doug A. would like to know about your pet

How they react to other dogs, when they see children, cars, bikes, men, women, etc.. How long they can walk for before getting tired, What areas they like...

A typical day

I will walk your dog for the alloted time. If desired, and your dog is well behaved, I'm happy to let them off the leash at a dog park and play fetch. Half way through the walk, I may take a 5 minute rest at a bench and give your dog water. I cannot train your dog to do tricks. I can attempt to improve behavior such as jumping on people or leash-tugging, however not all dogs are as easily trained, and I can't make guarantees. Additional fees for extra tasks such as feeding meals (treats are free), washing, or administering medication.

Pet care experience

I've been around dogs of all sizes since I was a baby. I'm very comfortable around them and I love their personalities. Walking them makes me very happy and it gives me a reason to get outside and move around, which I love. Jag talar också svenska.

This is my first time using the app, and Doug made sure that I as a pet owner felt assured from start to end that my cat Leo was well taken care of. He kept me updated everyday of anything unusual or if things where going great. Doug was very patient with me as well when I was late on picking my cat up from his apartment on the last day due to severe weather conditions which made me feel less stressed.

Djuren mådde bra när jag kom hem. Fick ett foto på båda varje dag men inga meddelanden så jag antog att så länge jag inte hörde nåt var allt bra.

It was a privilege to have Doug looking after my furballs, and they were both very happy and relaxed when I got back home. I got updates and photos daily and it was peaceful for me to know the kitties were well looked after. I give Doug my warmest recommendations and I look forward to future bookings!
