I usually have the potential customer come to my home to have a "meet and greet"....we discuss their likes and dislikes, their food and sleeping habits. I always make sure they will all get along. I also get pertinent info regarding their vet and if they will bring their own food or eat what my dogs eat.
A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks Either in my neighborhood or I have a variety of local parks I take dogs to. Your dog's sleeping arrangement In my bedroom in their own bed or a quilt I provide, or sometimes dogs come with a cage that either is in my bedroom or my living room area. Whatever the customer prefers goes. Time I'll spend with your dog I am a retired lady and am home most of the time. I love to play with my customers, and go on at least 2 walks a day. Time I'll spend with your dog They will be with me most of the time!

Hi, I'm a retired woman with 15 years of dog sitting experience. I am a single lady living alone with my Yorkie Roxie. I'm home most of the time and will be devoted to your dog. I go for daily walks at least two times a day. Your dog will become on one of my family. i just raised my rates some but not for my old regular clients just new clients I have a doggie door which leads to my fenced deck and dog yard. I close the dog door in the evenings or if I am gone I have references upon request. Please give my home a try, you will return. Thanks! About this sitter: I sit dogs in my home. I am home most of the time to devote myself to your pet. I have a Yorkie who loves dog buddies. I have a doggie door and dog yard for their comfort. I also go on at least two walks a day. Come try our home, we have repeat customers! Why I love dog sitting All my life! I was raised with cocker spaniels....my love of animals comes from my mom. When my mom got Alzheimer's she had 2 dogs, I took care of one of them and the other one went with her into her Alzheimer's care. Dogs are my best friends! Meet my pets I also have Roxie, my two year old Yorkie. She loves to have dog company, especially if they play with her. About my yard I have a fenced in deck with attached fenced dog yard. I also have a doggie door, but that is closed when it gets dark or if I am gone from home. If they need to go outside after dark I escort them to the dog yard. My experience administering medication I would have no problem with that. I AM A RETIRED SENIOR LADY. I CAN DEVOTE ALMOST FULL TIME TO YOUR DOG BABY. I now charge 30 to keep up with others. I think it's fair as i am home and give extra care I have a little 8.5 yorkie who is now 11 years old who gets along great with other dogs. if i do go somewhere and i think there will be a problem i put my dog in my bedroom. i usually am at home. I am not working and am home most of the time to devote my time to your baby. Roxie my yorkie is the best host. She loves dogs. I treat your animal like one of the family You won't have to worry. My dog yard is fenced and when they are out there I am watching them. I take them on 2 walks a day. In the heat it's early and late in the heat. I go usually in town to where the grass is.

Despite Dorothy being a "more mature" woman, she was wonderful with my Blue Heeler whom has not been the most friendly, at all, with other dogs. Dorothy had her own elderly, small dog who apparently did very well with my Heeler. I'm sure that her dog's stature had a lot to do with that. At any rate, things went well per her report and our dog appeared to thrive in her care. She got daily morning walks (before it got way too hot). I absolutely recommend Dorothy to care for your pet!!
Great dog sitter. She did a great job watching my two pups for a week
Dorothy is a great dog sitter. She kept me updated on how the dogs were doing and sent me daily pictures. She is very communicative and I felt comfortable leaving my dogs with her while I was away for Christmas. Will be using her again when I need my dogs watched.
Dorothy provided excellent care for my dog. If you are near Boulder City and need a dog sitter, Dorothy is a good choice.
