Plenty of Room to Play!
Although currently without a 4-legged companion, I have had multiple dogs over the last 30+ years, most all have been labs, pointers or springer spaniels. I have experience with all ages including senior dogs and administering medications. I have done volunteer work with both Mile High Weimaranar Rescue and Mile High German Shorthaired Pointer Rescue and fostered dogs from both organizations as well as interviewed potential adopters for placement.

Dorothy was great with Ember. She was very conscious of how Ember was feeling. She kept Ember occupied and engaged. She also sent pictures and had great communication with me.

Schedule
I am retired and flexible with my time and availability for both day and overnight visits. If appropriate, I can take your dog for a walk, hike or run. I invite a meet and greet before the first visit and commit to maintaining an owners care routine as much as possible. Your pets will get a lot of love and attention while staying with me!

I have a large secure fenced yard and doggie doors for access into the house and garage. I also have dog toys, one large crate and multiple dog beds throughout the house.
A typical day
Dogs staying at my house have a large fenced yard to play in with dog doors for free access. I will walk, run or hike where appropriate with dogs that are properly trained. I have many different toys to entertain your pup with; ropes, balls, squeaker toys, etc. I have an extra large crate to make any breed comfortable if they are so accustomed, and a wading pool for hot summer days. Your pets will be fed on a schedule with the food you provide, and water is always available in multiple places.
