I’m available Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the day and evening. On Tuesdays through Thursdays, I’m flexible before 8 AM and after 5 PM. I’m happy to work around your schedule whenever possible to make sure your pets get the care they need..

I live at the beach so I often like to take dogs there to play fetch and run around. Other options may include taking them to a dog park (with owner's approval), hiking, playing with their toys, cuddling, and walking.

I bring both experience and heart to pet care. I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all breeds and ages, and currently volunteering at Eastwood Ranch Foundation Animal Rescue, where I support animals recovering from neglect or adjusting to new environments while I'm not busy being a college professor. I’m attentive to detail, dependable, and comfortable caring for puppies, seniors, and pets with special needs. My goal is to make your pets feel secure and loved and to give you total peace of mind while you’re away.

Dori is AMAZING! She watched our blind dog for us when we were in a pinch. She took care of him so well and we could fully enjoy our event knowing Harley was well taken care of.
Dori is the best! My dog Tommy loves her! She is a great communicator and available even at the last minute. She sends the cutest pictures when I am traveling which gives me peace of mind. I never have to worry when Tommy is with Dori because I know he is happy and feels loved.
Dori Lansbach is wonderful with animals and has a natural, gentle way of connecting with them. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and intuitive. Pets sense her calm energy right away. My German Shepherd Daisy, can be selective about who she warms up to but she bonded with Dori almost instantly. Watching them interact was such a comfort. Daisy trusted her and clearly felt safe with her. Dori is also very reliable and trustworthy and her experience volunteering with dog rescues shows in the compassion and care she brings to every animal. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who treats your pet like family.
