Availability
I work from home full-time, so I’m available throughout the day for feedings, medications, potty breaks, outdoor time, and regular walks. On weekends, we may come and go a bit, but with our young Dalmatian at home, visiting dogs are never left alone for more than a few hours.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fully fenced yard and a spacious, open floor plan that’s great for indoor play. I spend plenty of time outside with the dogs, supervising closely and keeping the yard clean. Inside, we run our robot vacuum several times and we use a baby gate at the front door for an extra layer of security—especially for escape artists. Dogs are fed separately or in shifts to prevent any food-related issues.

I’m happy to accommodate any special requests to ensure you and your dog feel completely comfortable. I look forward to meeting you and your pup!
A typical day
My dogs typically get two shorter walks or one mile-long walk each day. We like to switch up routes or walk different sides of the street to keep things interesting. For boarded or daycare dogs, I always start with individual walks to see their leash manners before considering group walks.

Work from home!
Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Dori! I’ve been caring for pets for years, starting with dogs (and even lizards!) for family and friends. About a year and a half ago, I began pet sitting professionally to bring more fun and time outside into my work-from-home routine. I truly love animals and also work full-time with a large dog and cat food brand. Recently, I joined Rover to open my home to even more dogs. I grew up on land surrounded by animals, always with three or more dogs at a time. I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, blind dogs, and pets who need extra care, including diapering, medications, and special diets. I’m also comfortable handling high-energy dogs and those who tend to pull on the leash.
Reviews

Dori was awesome and I highly recommend!! Thanks for taking such good care of my pup. She was available to accept my request last minute and I appreciated the updates I got each day while Zen was there. Dori and her family are lovely and my pup had a great time with them!

Dori and family took great care of my dog, very quickly felt like part of the pack! Easy to communicate with, provided lots of pictures. I’m glad we found Dori and I’m sure my dog will be very excited to return to hang out with his new friends.

Dori was amazing with Riley. He got to me new friends while in the safety of her care. Riley was right at home. She provides a very nice pet friendly environment for the doggies. I will definitely use her services again.

Took great care of Aurora and was very flexible
