I have owned dogs for over 30 years, volunteered at the Huntley Animal Shelter, fostered both puppies and dogs in the summer months. I love walking and playing with dogs. I am a teacher looking to earn a little extra money and get some exercise. My son who is 21 and going to jr. college to do something with animals helps out, too. He is home most of the day. He interned at a veterinarian's office and loves taking care of dogs! I will take great care of your precious pups like I do mine every day! Looking forward to my other dream job outside of teaching playing with dogs, and getting some exercise while walking them. You can relax knowing they are in good hands.

First time having someone look after my dog. Dorene was great kept me updated and showed up everyday when she said she would. Would highly recommend Dorene to look after your dogs.
Can’t thank Dorene enough for taking my last minute request…. On an early Sunday morning! She was great and Rambo came back tired which can be hard sometimes as Rambo is an energetic bulldog! Thank you Dorene !!!
Dorene and Noah were wonderful with our two pups over 13 days. They sent regular updates, took them on plenty of walks, and took extra steps to make them feel at home - even comforted our dog Ollie through a thunderstorm on day one. The dogs came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for — we’d happily trust Dorene and Noah again anytime.
Doreen treated Piper as her own. I was reassured with frequent pictures and updates during her stay. I will, without a doubt have Doreen care for my little one again!
Great Communication
So grateful for the excellent care provided by Dorene and her son. This was our second board and our dog was so excited to see them again when we arrived. Gives us great comfort to know he’s in great hands and that he enjoys them so much. Thank you!!

Schedule
My son an I work together with the dogs. They will hardly ever be home alone. He goes to jr. college an I can be home as early as 2:30 if needed. I have off during breaks an summers.

I have one dog that are in crate when I am not home. I take the dogs for of walks but sometimes I put them on a lead in the back of the house to go outside.

I like to take the dogs for a lot of walks. My favorite is the park. We play fetch an explore the outdoors on nice days.
