Genuinely one of the nicer people I've dealt with on here. Good with people, good with dogs, kind of rare combo honestly. Patient during drop off, didn't rush anything, made what's usually a stressful moment feel pretty easy. My dog warmed up almost immediately which doesn't happen a lot for her. Would recommend if you want someone who isn't just going through the motions.
