I have taken care of dogs for the last 18 months since retiring from the police, I have owned dogs throughout my life, last being my beautiful Akita, I have experience with all breeds large and small.

Choosing a dog sitter is a big decision, the sitter needs to be someone who genuinely cares for the pet members of our family, treating them like we do. You also need to be able trust the person in your home. I’m so pleased to be able to recommend Donna as someone I trust with my girls and my home, having worked with Donna professionally for over 20 years, we have been using her pet sitting and drop in services on an adhoc basis when needed for the last 12 months. We have 2 Golden Retrievers who adore Donna, they give an eager look to being told ‘Donnas coming’. Donna is consistently reliable and professional. She is always punctual, carefully follows all care instructions and medication schedules, and provides thoughtful daily updates that give me complete peace of mind whenever I am away. If she ever has a question or wants clarification, she reaches out immediately. She is also incredibly respectful of my home. In addition to taking wonderful care of my dog, she happily watered my plants and looked after everything as if it were her own. Her thoughtful care and willingness to go the extra mile are always appreciated. Most importantly, Donna is kind, honest, and completely trustworthy. Over time, she has become more like family than a pet sitter. Knowing that my dog is in her care makes it so much easier to be away, and I am deeply grateful for everything she does.
