I keep to your pets daily routine. If your pup likes to go to the park or for a walk, then I am glad to provide them the diversity. My specialty is staying on the property to care for your pets and your home. This has included watering your flowers, taking in the mail, collecting deliveries, and leaving the estate spotless for your return.

When I care for pets in your home, I am there to keep your animals safe and happy by keeping to their routine. I may go out for errands, but since I am retired, I am there to keep the animals company and see that they are comfortable. They sense that I really care for them & love them.

Things to know: Does the dog get along with other animals, children, adults, and what are their fears. How do they react to strangers, storms, thunder? What are your dog's likes & dislikes. Do they ride well in car. Does your dog take meds? Does the dog like to be groomed? What is your dog's routine? It is important to stay as close as possible to what your dog is used to.

I like to keep the dog (or dogs), I sit for entertained. After breakfast, We can go for a walk or to the park. I like for the them to have a good time. We keep their daily schedule close to what they know. Most dogs love to ride in the car. So we can go for a ride to a pet store for cookies. I believe in fresh air and exercise. I walk about 3 miles daily, broken up in 2 walks, one after breakfast and one after dinner. This also includes going to dog parks. While I work at your home often the walking 3 miles can't be completed in your neighborhood.

Do what you Love! My heart has always been for animals. That's what I love! My goal for your fur babies is for them to be happy and safe. We play, go out for rides in the car, walks, rest and keep to a schedule. I have been with Rover since 2005, when I started it was called Dog Vacay. I love getting to know new dogs, and caring for them, as if they were my own! I have been with dogs who are fearful, over exuberant, puppies, and older dogs. I've cared for with emotional issues. You won't be sorry for choosing me, cause' I have a calming effect on animals. You will be confident in your choice to have me stay with your animals ... you can see that in the gallery photos. My first job working with animals was on a horse farm. I was a groom for 2 FEI Dressage horses at White Fences in Wellington. Being a groom involves the entire care of the horses from feeding breakfast, turn out, mucking the stalls, exercise, tacking them up for the rider, hosing them down after the workout, feeding dinner, watering and reporting any known changes to the owner.

Donna was very good with Lance. She kept him on the go multiple times a day with long walks in the parks and neighborhood walks. She always took him with her whenever she left the house A+++for that. She was always with him and her lovely Daphne. Donna certainly kept up to date texts, pictures and videos, thereby making us very comfortable that he was safe and busy She left our home very clean and even did the laundry!!! Thank you for all of that!
It was a pleasure having Donna watch my dog for two days while I was away. She kept me posted throughout the day and sent a lot of photos. I would not hesitate to hire Donna for any pet sitting and I will be hiring her again when my pet needs arise.
