I will have the whole summer free. I am a teacher/substitute at SCUSD so I am looking forward to having lots of play dates with your pets. I have been away from Rover since 2016 only because I was so busy teaching school. I realize I have missed this type of work and would love to continue to do it. I have returned this year June 2025 I will again be available. I am looking forward to making some lasting love connections.

Information Donna S. would like to know about your pet
As a child we had dogs and cats. I was the one who did all the walking, feeding and daily walks. With this came the love too. My dog Brandy slept with me and was my shadow. My cat Tabitha also became my responsibility. Animals know exactly who is the one that has the most love, compassion and patience. they tend to bond with that member of the family that is the "animal" person..that was me!! and I brought home all the strays..cats, birds and anything that needed healing or fixing..I have an extreme love and respect for their spirits and unconditional hearts. they are earth angels! I also rode horses and rode every weekend. I spend my summer at horse camp. Today I still love horses but do not ride like I used to
A typical day
I bond with your pet so they are excited to see me! They know good times are coming. I love walks on the river or to the park and to spend time playing and exercising. I can provide Reiki healing to sore joints or other painful areas on pets due to aging or other health issues. My healing and empathic nature makes me close to being an animal communicator

Experienced Pet sitter, dog walker of all breeds. Love cats! small and large animals. I can stay overnight in your home to give you peace of mind and know your pet is not being left alone for long hours.. I can have cats in my home but not dogs. Worked for 2 well know Pet sitter Companies in Sacramento. I have been an animal artist/lover all my life. I had my own pet portrait business for 10 years. I can use Reiki healing. which uses our universal energy to help heal and give comfort to pets that have problems such as arthritis or other immune issues of aging. This is done with a gentle hands on positions on pet body. I am loving, patient, responsible and have a great respect and affinity to animals and their beauty and joy that they bring us. They are our most treasured members of our family. I will care for them like they are my own. I understand the love bond we build with our pets. I have been away from Pet sitting for a few years now. But have missed this enjoyable job so much. I have summers off which is perfect to give my time to the animals!. i am a teacher/substitute at SCUSD and love kids as much as animals! I have been gone but I am still an avid animal lover. I hope I can pick up where I left off. It is now 2025! I hope this summer will be filled with puppy tales and tails and kitty purrs! thank you for this awesome opportunity to love on your pets. Donna

She did an excellent job taking care of my cats while I was gone. Very good with communicating how the visits went, came home to nice clean boxes/bowls and happy cats. I will be using her again in future
Thank goodness for Donna! LOL. I had a last minute trip planned and she was the first person to get back with me stating she was available. I couldn't have been happier. Donna took such good care of my dog while I was away. She sent pictures during each visit and kept me up to date with everything she did with my dog. She was very friendly and personable. My dog loved having her around!
Donna took great care of our dogs on 4th of July. She is extremely reliable & performed all duties we requested. Our doggies love her!!
Donna is sweet and personable. She was very prompt with her visits and kept in touch with us often. Excellent sitter.
