🐾 Hi, I’m Donna! I provide a safe, loving, family-style home for your dog while you’re away. I’ve been caring for dogs for over 10 years and grew up in a home full of dogs and cats. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m able to offer personalized attention and a consistent routine throughout the day. My goal is for your dog to feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly at home during their stay. 🏡 About My Home I live in a quiet, dog-friendly neighbourhood with plenty of walking trails, green space, and parks nearby. Dogs in my care enjoy daily walks, outdoor potty breaks, playtime, and lots of companionship. I keep my bookings limited so each dog receives the attention, supervision, and care they deserve. Dogs may relax on the couch, sleep on their own bed, or use a crate if preferred. 👨👩👧👦 Family Environment My home includes four young children (ages 1–6), so all dogs staying with me must be friendly, gentle, and comfortable around children. My kids are respectful and have grown up around animals. 🐶 Good Fit for My Home My home is often the best fit for dogs who: • Are comfortable in a family environment • Can settle indoors and sleep through the night • Are comfortable with outdoor leashed potty breaks or established indoor potty routines such as pee pads. I have an unfenced yard where dogs must be leashed (I typically go on two leashed neighbourhood walks a day, morning and afternoon) Please let me know if your dog has any special routines, anxiety, sleeping preferences, or unique potty habits so I can make sure we’re the right fit for each other. ✨ Experience With • Puppies • Senior dogs • High-energy dogs • Anxious dogs • Small, medium, and large breeds I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible and treat every dog in my care like part of the family. Our dogs had a wonderful stay with Donna and her family! Both Gus and Winnie are senior dogs (14 and 13) who have been going to the same kennel for 10 years. When our kennel had to cancel last minute we were at a loss as we had a 3 week trip coming up -over the Easter holiday - and no one to watch the dogs. This was our first Rover experience and I’m so glad it worked out! Gus and Winnie have never stayed with anyone else so we were really nervous. Donna was so great at making both dogs comfortable and communicating with us while we were away. Gus had some issues early on (we think due to stress) and Donna went out of her way to adjust her schedule and his surroundings so that he was comfortable. Winnie is your typical snuggly Pug and I could tell she was right at home by the photos sent of her snuggling on the couch and hanging out with Donna’s children. Would definitely recommend Donna - thank you!
Donna was an exceptional dog sitter. Our Tia is an anxious and a huge mommas girl and she made her feel very comfortable and loved! She sent me photo's during our vacation which made me at ease and I could clearly tell she was feeling at home! Not only was she a great dog sitter who took very good care of Tia, our plane was delayed and showed up 2 hrs later then expected and without hesitation she was very accommodating!!! I build my schedule around the pets in my care. I am home all the time and I stick to whatever the pet needs in my care.

I focus on creating a safe and family style environment where they can feel comfortable. I follow each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible. When visiting clients home, I ensure a follow instructions provided by the client. Providing the utmost care for those times where you can’t be there.

A typical day
I love keeping pets engaged and happy while their owners are away. Lots of outdoor time, cuddles and playing. My goal is always to match each pet’s personality and energy level.
