I’m a qualified veterinary nurse with over 30 years experience caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. I work from home full time, which means your pet will have constant companionship and supervision in a calm, loving environment. I’ve owned and cared for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, small mammals, tortoises, a parrot and horses. I currently share my home with two friendly dogs, two cats, a parrot and a horse who lives nearby. With my veterinary background, I’m confident in administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and providing extra care for senior or special needs pets.

Second time I’ve used Donna, and didn’t give her much notice as we had a change of plan last minute. As always she was very accommodating with great communication. Nyxie our lab always enjoys her time with her.
This was our first time of using Donna as recently moved to the area. I can’t recommend her enough as she was absolutely amazing. My little one was off her food and Donna took such care and attention to coax her into eating a little. I had absolutely no hesitation in trusting that she would give the best care. She kept me informed and it made such a difference knowing both Henry and Lola were happy, safe and being looked after.

Wilf had a lovely stay with Donna, settled in right from the start and became best friends with Betty. This was his first stay, but you wouldn't have known it, Donna was very relaxed and we felt completely confident leaving him with her. We would definitely request Donna again.
Gus had such a wonderful time and made a forever friend with Betty the Boxer! Donna was so caring and kept me updated regularly. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring, reassuring experience for Gus - he was sad to leave!

Schedule
Working from home means I can provide constant companionship and supervision to your pet. My working hours are flexible, allowing me the availability to visit pets in your own home in addition to them staying with myself.

I have a fully fenced and secure garden. I have the facilities to keep your pets separate from my own if required. My rural location means I have access to plenty of fields for walks.

Plenty of opportunity for fun in a large fully secure garden. Long walks in the surrounding countryside and plenty of love and affection. Potential visit to dog paddocks for those happy to travel
