Donna was phenomenal as per usual!! She is always so thoughtful in her updates and it is very clear she loves animals and cares about them very much when we can't be there. Thank you again Donna!!!!

Donna was amazing yet again. She has worked so hard to get our very scared rescue cat to trust her and this week he finally let her play with him!!! She spent multiple visits talking to him, sitting near him and just working on getting him comfortable and I can't thank her enough for being persistent in her efforts, she is truly a gem :-)

Donna is excellent as always :-) Our very shy rescue seems to get more comfortable with her at each visit and she works HARD to get him feeling safer each time. Already re-booked for next month because Donna is honestly amazing, thank you Donna!!!!!!!!!!!

Donna is always so amazing with our boy. He is incredibly nervous and she always comes and chats with him so he learns her voice and really goes the extra mile with our scarey cat. We will absolutely use Donna for any future trips :-)

I truly can’t recommend her enough! I was so happy with the care she gave my cats. From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely concerned about their well-being. She sent me regular updates and photos, which made me feel incredibly reassured and connected while I was away. It was clear she took the time to understand their personalities and routines, and I could tell my cats felt safe and comfortable with her. I was so relieved knowing they were in such caring hands. She went above and beyond — from noticing small details (like who ate what!) to making sure everything was clean and calm at home. Her communication was excellent, and her love for animals really shows. I would definitely book her again and feel lucky to have found someone so reliable, kind, and attentive. If you’re looking for someone to trust with your pets, she’s the one!
