All outdoor time is supervised—I always use a leash for potty breaks and walks to ensure safety. My daily routine also includes caring for my cat, Snickerdoodle and my chihuahua, Princess. My specialties are drop ins and walks, so I will take great care of your pets.

A typical day
A typical day starts with a morning potty break and some light exercise, whether that’s a walk around the neighborhood or some playtime to get their energy out. After that, I make sure they’re fed according to your instructions and have fresh water available at all times. Throughout the day, I spend quality time with your pet—this can include play sessions, enrichment activities, or just relaxing together so they don’t feel lonely. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs, making sure they’re happy, safe, and sticking to their normal routine as much as possible. In the evening, we wind down with another potty break, dinner, and some calm time before bed. I always make sure your pet feels secure and comfortable.

Hi, I'm Donna - caring for animals has been part of my life since childhood. I grew up on a dairy farm, learning responsibility, patience, and hands on animal care from a young age. I understand that every animal has different needs, routines ,and personalities. At Simple Life Pet Care, your pets are treated like family—because that’s exactly what they are. I treat each one with kindness, respect, and patience. I also have been a nurse for the past 15 years, bringing professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail into everything I do. Now, I'm excited to start my own business doing something I’m truly passionate about, caring for animals. Caring for animals of all sizes has always been part of my everyday life. From energetic puppies and curious kittens, to large and small dogs, farm animals, and small pets like rabbits, hamsters, and gerbils. —I provide calm, consistent, and loving care you can trust. I am currently available part time on Thursday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays. (I will be on vacation from 7/25/26 - 8/1/26)

Donna is my sister. Her love for animals does back to when she was a small child. Growing up on a farm, you could always find her in the barn or outside surrounded by animals. She was always caring for an animal. From cows to rabbits, horses, goats, dogs, cats, hamsters and gerbils. I even remember her having white mice.
