I don't recommend booking with Donna. While she was very kind, the condition of her small apartment was very unclean with a strong old urine/ammonia smell, which is a health hazard for both humans and animals. Some information in her profile is also inaccurate, such as having a "large fenced in yard" (the apartment courtyard is not fenced in, though she does have a small concrete porch area) and a new dog. Our dog stayed one night to try her out and seemed stressed when we picked her up, needed to poop multiple times like she had not been out, and her and all her belongings we left smelled very strongly of ammonia/urine.

Donna did a great job with my Sunny. We will surely use hers again.

Donna was kind and accommodating with pickup and dropoff times. However, we didn’t receive proactive updates during Yogi’s stay. The apartment had a noticeable urine smell and was quite small for the number of other dogs there, which wasn’t mentioned beforehand. For us, the space felt better suited to one small dog at a time. This may work for some, but our dog seemed stressed when we picked him up.

Great experience! She was very responsive throughout the stay, and my pup looked relaxed and content when I picked her up. It’s clear she was cared for with love. Will absolutely use her again!🩷

Donna was absolutely wonderful! She took such great care of FiFi and kept me updated the whole time, which gave me real peace of mind. You can tell she truly loves animals and treats them like her own. FiFi came home happy, calm, and well cared for. I couldn’t ask for a better sitter — highly recommend Donna to anyone looking for someone kind, reliable, and caring!
