I like to do a meet-and-greet before taking on any new clients so I can get to know the owner and their dog. I ask questions about what the dog likes and dislikes to make sure I’m doing things they enjoy and avoiding what they don’t like.
A typical day
I like to keep our walks fun by changing the routes we take and letting my dogs stop to sniff whatever interests them. If we see other dogs and they seem friendly, I always ask the owner before letting my dogs approach for some playtime
