She was able to watch my dogs last minute. Glad I found her.

This was the first time using Rover and it was a disaster for my senior Staffordshire. On day 2 I was informed that she broke out of her metal kennel. This was due to her being locked in there for way too long. When we picked her up, they handed us her fluffy bed that was soaked in urine. She never pees anywhere but outside. Her anxiety was from total neglect for her needs. After I told them again that she gets anxious when left alone, they left her locked in the very small laundry room where she proceeded to break through the door and then proceeded to damage the wall by the front door trying to get out. Obviously, they don't understand special needs, senior dogs and certainly don't have training experience, all things she claims to have on her 'about' page. I would not recommend this sitter for any dog that needs personal attention. Also, she lost nearly 4 pounds in 1 week. I wonder if she had regular feedings. There was no water available. She drank an entire bottle of water at once when we picked her up. In closing, we will be paying for damages done by our dog to her property, to include replacement of an interior door and 6 sq. ft. of sheet rock, exterior door paint and repair. We take responsibility for this even though it was a clear result of the neglect and lack of care for our dog.

Domitria was a lifesaver! She was available last minute, welcoming and attentive. She sent me videos of our pup Josie to help us feel more secure with her stay. Will definitely rebook when needed!
