I have been in Golden for over 4 years and fill my time here caring for and loving animals as my own. I am an experienced, first aid certified animal caregiver with a degree in Animal Biology that helped educate me on animal behaviour, nutrition and welfare. Before moving to Golden, I had my own successful dog care business (Fox and the Hounds Dog Care) in Edmonton where I spent my time exploring the Edmonton trails and parks with dogs and managing a team of 7 dog walkers and caregivers.

Dominique is such a phenomenal sitter and person. Very responsive and friendly. They were so wonderful with Kendrick and he was super happy and content when I got home. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely hire her again ♥️
Dominique was fantastic. Excellent and timely communication. She was enthusiastic and confident in her ability to take care of Zeus. She was able to pick up and drop off which made our weekend getaway so much easier. I had no worries. I definitely recommend her and will book with her again.
Dominique was great to work with- she was extremely responsive and kept in continual contact leading up to the sit. She arrived when expected...and immediately my pets took to her! She is a true animal-lover and magnet...my 2 rescue cats will hide a couple of days until they get used to new people and they prefer quiet, calm energy. That very afternoon, Dominique sent me a photo of a cat snoozing on her chest!! I loved all the photos! She kept the dogs active with many walks! It was satisfying to be away and know my fur-babies were well looked after! I will not hesitate to book Dominique in the future!
Dominique was wonderful to communicate with and sent lots of updates. She has a beautiful kind dog that was a wonderful companion. Dominique is a clear professional and was so warm, friendly and kind to Otis.
Dominique is so communicative of her walks with my guy Sid! He is a bit of a handful but loves going out on his walks and is eager to learn from Dominique. Her patience with him is much appreciated and I have no reservations leaving my guy in her hands!
Wonderful care for our dog. Communication with Dominique was easy. She sent photos of our dog as well during the day which was great. Definitely recommend.

Schedule
My schedule is flexible to accommodate the pets in my care. My husband works from home and I work part time outside of home, my hours allow me to focus most of my time on the pets in care.

I have a sweet, very social, large dog myself who loves having a friend around. We do not have a fenced yard but have quick access to the many trails of Golden.
