I have been petsitting and dog walking for over 10 years for multiple families in the Bay Area. In order to give pets my full care and attention, I only sit for one household at a time. I am able to care for multiple pets in a single household -- the most I have taken care of is 3 big golden retrievers! I have taken care of dogs and cats with ages ranging from 9 weeks to 14 years old. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I'm able to stick to your pet's regular daily routine.

When dogsitting in your home, I'm careful to stick to given routines and maximize the amount of time I am in-home with your pet. I ensure that all items that can be harmful to your pet (food, cleaning supplies, choking hazards) are put away and keep a close eye on animals to make sure they are safe.

Benny has stayed with Dominique twice now and she has taken such good care of him. He comes back very happy and Dominique keeps me up to date with photos. Benny is looking forward to his next vacation!
Very accommodating and helpful! She was willing to come twice a day, and also extend her visits if needed. We really appreciate that she is willing to be a daytime contact for on call visits if necessary. So happy we found a great pet sitter for our new puppy!
I have known Dominique for 4 years and she was the first person I thought of when we adopted our dog, Chili. Since then, Dom has been our go-to dog sitter. She is reliable, kind, responsible, and truly loves dogs. She keeps an Instagram page where she takes professional pictures of the dogs she cares for. I recommended Dom to my friend and now she never uses another pet sitter. I can't recommend Dom enough.

Schedule
I currently work part-time in the evenings, so I'm able to easily fit pet care into my daytime routine. For house sitting appointments, I take a break from my part-time work to ensure that I'm present for your pets 24/7!

- I don't have any breed preferences. I like to know about any current medical conditions and any relevant medical history. I also like to know about the home environment so that I know how much social/human interaction the dog is used to; I've learned that taking care of a dog with a stay-at-home owner is very different from taking care of a dog whose owner(s) is gone for most of the day.
