Hi, I'm Dominique! A Milwaukee native, animal lover since before I could spell it, and someone who has genuinely built his life around caring for the fur babies that make our lives fuller. I spent several years in New Orleans, soaking in a city I loved, but Milwaukee has always been home. And home is where I want to pour my energy. During the week, I work in clinical research. It's meaningful, detail-oriented work and those same qualities follow me everywhere, including how I care for your pets. I don't cut corners. I pay attention. I show up. I've cared for dogs of all ages and personalities: the ones who pull on the leash, the ones who need coaxing, the seniors who move a little slower but still deserve the world, and the special-needs pups who just need someone patient enough to meet them where they are. I'm experienced with crating, medication administration, multi-pet homes, and dogs who need a little extra love and reassurance. Your pet’s comfort comes first, always. I take time to let animals warm up to me on their own terms before jumping into care. I treat your home with the same respect I’d want shown to mine, and I follow your routines closely so your pet barely notices you’re gone. I’m experienced with fenced yards, crating, leash safety, and administering medications carefully and on schedule.

We’re so grateful to have found Dominique! I was a little worried about going out of town over the 4th of July given our pet’s anxieties around fireworks but Dominique was sure to be at home with them to comfort them through it. Great communication, excellent care for our pets and home and the best part was how friendly and warm Dominique is as a person. We will absolutely book again.

Dominique was wonderful with my Stinky! Stinky immediately loved him. Dominique was very attentive to Stinky’s needs. He was walked, fed, given water and played with. I will continue to ask Dominique for his valuable assistance!

Schedule
I work full-time in clinical research, so my availability is strongest in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays — which honestly lines up perfectly with when most pet owners need coverage most. I’m a planner by nature, so once we’re booked, you can count on me to show up exactly when I say I will, every time.
