Hello! If you’re looking for someone who truly loves dogs with all their heart, you’ve come to the right place! I have been working with dogs for the past 6 years, including spending 2 years volunteering at a dog training facility in Burlington. Throughout that time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a variety of dogs, from beloved family pets to working police dogs. I welcome all breeds and sizes, from teacup-sized pups to extra-large dogs! My husband and I have two dogs of our own, a Labrador Retriever and a Doberman. We also have two children, ages 8 and 9 who have grown up around dogs and love helping care for them. Our home is set up with your dog’s comfort and safety in mind. We have a dedicated dog room, a fully fenced half-acre backyard, and spacious 6’ x 4’ kennels for sleeping and downtime.Although dogs sleep in their individual kennels, they receive plenty of exercise, attention, and enrichment throughout the day. We go on walks, spend time outside, play in the backyard, and make daily exercise a priority. Each dog also receives one-on-one time with me so they get the individual attention they deserve.For safety, I do not allow dogs from different client households to play together. Even friendly dogs can have disagreements or become overwhelmed in an unfamiliar environment, so I believe keeping client dogs separate is the safest approach while they are in my care.Before booking, I require at least one week’s notice as well as a meet and greet before your dog’s first stay. This gives me the opportunity to meet you and your dog, learn about their personality and routine, and make sure my home is a good fit for their needs. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, structured, and loving environment where you can feel confident leaving your dog while you’re away.
