Pet care experience

I’m a passionate pet lover from Waterford. I grew up on a farm where we always had dogs around (Labradors, Collies, and the like) giving me a lifetime of hands on experience with animals of all kinds. My partner, on the other hand, grew up with smaller dogs, like Westies, and has always had a deep connection to pets. When we moved to Canada 7 years ago we started fostering and looking after our friends dogs and after a year or so we got our first dog together, our beagle, Bean. Bean has brought so much joy to our lives, and now we love opening our doors to other furry friends whenever possible. We started doing Rover sits in Vancouver and now that we are back in Ireland we plan to continue doing so. Our home is a pet-friendly environment, and we understand how important it is to provide a safe, comfortable, and engaging space for pets. As an active couple who love walking, hiking and running, we’re more than equipped to keep up with any energetic dog and ensure they get plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. We pride ourselves on being flexible when it comes to pet care. We’re more than happy to take dogs as many times as needed as Jack works from home. Whether your dog is a high-energy puppy or a more laid-back adult, we are committed to catering to their individual needs. We also have experience with both young and senior dogs. Our routine involves regular walks, playtime, and plenty of love and affection, so your pet will feel right at home with us. We understand the importance of sticking to your dog’s routine, so we’ll make sure to follow any specific instructions you provide, whether it’s regarding feeding times, medications, or special care instructions. Being away from your pet can be stressful, which is why we aim to provide a loving and reassuring environment to give both you and your dog peace of mind. We are happy to send updates, photos, or videos to keep you in the loop with what your dog is doing. We look forward to the opportunity to meet your dog and ensure they have a fantastic time while in our care! Thank you for considering us, and we can’t wait to help care for your furry family members!

Doireann was absolutely amazing! I had to be away for three weeks and this was the first time I’ve left Biggie with anyone besides family. She took care of him as if he were her own! Thanks, Doireann!!
