Every dog has their own routine, and I do my best to stick with whatever makes them happiest. Whether that's an early morning walk, a favorite spot for naps, or dinner at a certain time, I want them to feel as comfortable and at home as possible. My husband and I love taking walks around the neighborhood and through a nearby park, and your pup is always welcome to come along, weather permitting. When we're home, there will be plenty of playtime, cuddles, belly rubs, and just hanging out together. My goal is for your dog to feel like they're staying with friends, not at a kennel.

A typical day
We'll spend our days doing whatever your pup enjoys most! That could be neighborhood walks, sniffing around the park, playing with their favorite toys, or just hanging out at home getting plenty of belly rubs and cuddles. Every dog is different, so I like to follow their routine and let them settle in at their own pace.

Hi! I'm Doby, a dog lover based near Union Station and LoDo in Denver. I've spent more than 10 years caring for my own dogs as well as friends and family members pups. I own and run my own business from home, and my husband works from home too, so there's almost always someone here to keep your pup company. Between the two of us, your dog will get plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and snuggles throughout the day. I only host one dog at a time (unless they're from the same family), so your pup won't be competing with a house full of other dogs. Whether they love long walks, playing fetch, or curling up for a nap, I'll make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and right at home. After losing my soul dog last year, I'm not quite ready to have another of my own, but I miss having a dog around every day. Getting to care for other people's pups has filled that space in the best way, and I'd love to treat your furry family member like one of my own while you're away.
