Ratings and reviews
Dru handled a challenging behavior situation with my pet with much grace and care
Diondru W. cancelled a booking 3 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Dru truly enjoys spending time with my cat and we both really appreciate that!
I don’t like leaving reviews but she needs to improve more of her service . First you don’t put in your profile that you have time to watch your pet when you will leave them with your room mate and go to work which I wasn’t aware of she is working and pet sitting at the same time. No initiative for updates for a first time boarding pets. My son who picked up told me that our dog stunk . She never informed us that our dog had diarrhea which she didn’t have when we dropped her off. She did answer messages while we were away which we appreciated. We don’t board often so I don’t know what exactly expectations should be but next time we will pay more.
Responded great! Helped us out when we had a last minute booking!!
Excellent sitter
