He was very hard to reach. Unreliable on the time he came and came mostly in the middle of the night. Never cleaned out the litter box feces we’re never removed. never knew when he was gonna show up and had to call the helpline to request a picture of my cat Didn’t show up on video chat. Didn’t follow to instructions, I had no communication with him until I called the helpline and I have no idea what he looked like. if he hadn’t sent me the pictures of my cat I never would’ve known who was there and have no idea how he got into my building. Came at two in the morning one in the morning and the third day came at 6 AM the next day I wouldn’t recommend him as a cat sitter..
dio is a lifesaver. he showed up on a last minute set up when my other dog walker couldn’t make it. i appreciate it!
