My whole life has revolved around animals. I grew up with multiple cats and dogs, pet sitting neighborhood animals of all kinds, etc. For 11 years I worked in animal shelters, specializing in training the behaviorally "challenged" dogs. Work inevitably overflowed into my personal life where I have owned a plethora of dogs, many of which were struggling with their behavior. They have all overcome obstacles such as human and dog-to-dog aggression, on-leash reactivity, wariness of strangers, house training difficulties, and any other behavior you can imagine. In addition to training shelter dogs, for the past 3 years I have been taking on private training clients as well. I have done short boarding sessions for 1-2 dog social dogs in my home, and have done drop-in pet sitting for years. Outside of dogs, I have cared for cats, small mammals, birds, and livestock of all sizes. I am comfortable in all animal related scenarios! Caring for other peoples' pets and allowing them the freedom to leave their pets with a safe, experienced handler brings me so much joy. <3

Dillan took in my two dogs at relatively short notice. She kept me updated with photos and videos so I did not need to worry about how the dogs were settling in. There was a particularly cute photo of Quinn cuddled up with Dillan’s little girl on the couch.
My dogs enjoyed their stay. Dillan allowed them to sleep with her, which made them so much more comfortable.
Dillon was very easy to work with! My dog loved hanging out with his new friends for the week! Will be booking her again when needed!
Dillian was great with drop in visits to Kramer! She spent time with him and even got him to stop barking at her by the 4th visit (he usually will just keep barking non stop every time). Dillian always kept us in the loop and a picture each visit too! Highly recommend her!
Dillan is very attentive, gentle and knowledgeable of all different species of pets. She watched for me, on our Ranchette: 6 horses, of all different ages, 3 dogs and 3 cats. Each animal has different nutritonal needs and some are on medications. It was nice knowing with confidence that all of my babies were well cared for. I call her for care advice as well as she was a vet tech and a dog trainer. Our animals love and trust her. 10/10 will and do recommend her for dog, cat and horse sitting. Thanks Dillan!!!
Dillan has cared for my four dogs and two exotic pets on numerous occasions, anywhere from a long weekend to a week long vacation. She spends a lot of time with them, making sure all of their needs are met. She has followed special diet requirements and provided medication when necessary. I have the utmost trust that she cares for my pets well, is trustworthy in my home or having my dogs in her home.

Safety, trust & environment
Due to having dogs of my own, I am only able to bring other dogs that are social into my home. Typically, my "house guests" (dogs) are allowed to utilize the entire main level of the house with my personal dogs, myself, and my daughter. They have dog door access to the securely fenced backyard. The backyard is large, with plenty of shady spots and various water sources that are changed out regularly. For those that need some time or space to themselves, I have a basement with extra dog kennels ranging from small to XL, and the ability to let dogs free roam in the basement too if they do not feel comfortable in a kennel. Toys are available for dogs that know how to share, but can be easily removed if a dog has resource guarding tendencies.

A typical day
In the mornings and evenings when the weather is cool, we'll go for walks and play outside (humans and dogs alike). Once things get hotter, the dogs will have dog door access to the backyard and can choose to be in the air conditioned house, or out playing. There is a kiddie pool and plenty of shade for dogs that prefer fresh air.
