Hi! I would be delighted to take care of your furry baby. I grew up with pups 🐶 🐕, chicken 🐓 🐓, fish 🐟 🐠, hamsters and guinea pigs 🐹 🐹. Throughout my uni years, I had the rewarding experience of fostering and training pups until they found their forever homes. Additionally, I’ve been a dedicated dog walker since I was 15. As a doctor, I’m skilled and confident in handling everything from minor injuries to emergencies. While I always dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, my path led me to human medicine instead. That said, I truly cherish the companionship of animals hence I have been dog-sitting since I was 15. My husband works from home so we’re able to give each pup all the attention they deserve throughout the day. We share our home with our loving Golden Retriever, April, and we understand the importance of a safe, nurturing environment for your pup. I am pleased to offer: - Doggy Day Care: A fun, stimulating environment where your pup can play and socialise. - Overnight Boarding: A cozy place to stay, with plenty of cuddles and companionship. - Long-Term Boarding: Care that feels like home for extended stays. - Urgent Care Support: If you are facing health challenges, I am here to help. What sets us apart? - With our April by their side, your pup will have a friend to play with and burn off some energy. - April has her dedicated space so not an issue if your pup prefers less interaction. - We have a large fenced front yard for off-leash walks/runs/zoomies as well as a spacious fenced field over 8 acres for on-leash walks. - My medical background means I can handle emergencies with confidence. We’re committed to providing a loving, safe, and fun environment for your furry baby. We can’t wait to meet them!

I have been really happy with Betsy going to Diksha on a Friday, Diksha is really lovely and caring and I have no problems with leaving betsy for the day knowing she is looked after for me, Betsy seems to get on with April and the pictures are always lovely to see them playing and sleeping together is great 😍
Winston had such a lovely time with Diksha! Communication was great and I loved getting photos and videos of Winston playing with April. He was definitely very well looked after and I'll be in touch again if we are back in the area. Thanks!

Schedule
Pet care is a cherished part of our daily routine. Each morning begins with a joyful walk with our April allowing us to enjoy the fresh air and start the day on a positive note. Throughout the day, my husband works from home thus there is plenty of playtime and attention. In the evenings, we enjoy family time together, which often includes training sessions, games followed by relaxing cuddles. On weekends, we make it a point to explore walking trails and spend quality time outdoors, both for our well-being and to keep our pup stimulated. By integrating pet care into our everyday life, we not only ensure that our own dog is happy and healthy but also create a welcoming environment for other dogs in our care. Our routine allows us to provide ample love, exercise, and companionship for every furry friend we welcome into our home.

In our home, the safety and well-being of your babies are our top priorities. Our space is designed to be a safe haven for dogs, with a large fenced front yard for off-leash play and over 8 acres of fenced field for leashed walks. We ensure that all areas are secure. Trust is paramount - we understand that leaving your baby with someone else can be daunting, which is why we foster open communication. We are happy to provide regular updates and photos during their stay, so you can feel connected and reassured. My medical background allows me to handle any emergencies with confidence, ensuring that your pet receives prompt care if needed. When caring for pets in their own homes, we maintain their usual routines and comfort. We take the time to understand their preferences and habits. We prioritise their safety by keeping their environment familiar and secure.

Fun Activities I Do with the Dogs I Care For: - We can go on exciting on-leash walks through my field, nearby trails, or nature spots. This will provide lots of scents, sights, and sounds to explore and it is a great way to keep our pets physically and mentally stimulated. - Fetching a ball, tug-of-war or playing with their favorite squeaky toys - Frozen treats, home-made treats - Doggy Playdates: If your pup loves to socialise, I can arrange safe and supervised playdates with other friendly dogs in my care. It’s a great way to build social skills and provide them with a fun time. - I love setting up "hide and seek" games in the yard or house with treats or toys. It helps channel their natural instincts and gives them a fun challenge. While I believe in plenty of active play, I also understand the importance of rest. Sometimes, a good snuggle, belly rub, or calm time together is the best activity.
